  1. @NaiJorJul Well, you could if you wanted. You could make several knots on each string or just leave the strings alone and wear the anklet like that.

  2. can you still make the braclet without a bead?

  3. @honeyme1978 Thanks! In place of the hemp, you could use macrame cord (just google it), nylon cording, or even crochet thread. If you look at the stringing material section on Fire Mountain Gems (firemountaingems . com) you can find all sorts of cording that would work great with this project! As for your second question, you usually just leave the ends hang – that’s why I braid mine so it doesn’t look so messy. You could cut the ends shorter if you want as well!

  4. Great video! I just have some quick questions, what other material would you recommend for instead of hemp? Also, could what do you do with the ends of the anklet after you have put the anklet on?

  5. All reall hemp will be itchy at first, but after a few showers, it will begen to soften up.

  6. All real hemp is rough at rirst.

  7. This is so pretty, I’m going to try it :)

  12. Yes, thank you for pointing that out. I wanted to do it this way for this style, though. I just felt like it that day! :D

  13. Nice but instead of cutting 6 strands of string you should of just dubble it and that way you can take it on and off and you would only have to cut 3 strands

  14. sweet, good job, i am going to make this for my best friend, thank you plenty

  15. WE don’t have them in Winchester. The only place I can go ar cretivecrafts and world of beads. But thanks anyway, if i move to somewhere else I am gonna go hunting for these shops.

  18. no actually hemp isnt itchy or anything. i thought i would be 2.. but nope! :)

  19. after you shower or soak the hemp a couple of times its all good

  20. You can find hemp twine at any craft store or craft section at a discount store! I get mine online – Fire Mountain!

  21. Also, my beads have pretty small holes and I can’t get the string inside it too well. Have any tips? :D Thanks! c:

  22. Is hemp twine itchy or uncomfortable to wear? I always get distracted by jewelry, so I tend to only wear embroidery floss bracelets because you can barely tell that they’re there! ^ ___ ^
    I love this anyway! <3 :]
